This product category includes a wide variety of components made from rubber, silicone, and polyurethane, which can be combined with materials such as metal, carbon fibre, and plastic to create tailored solutions. Thanks to the broad selection of available compounds, these components find applications across nearly every industrial sector. Additionally, they can be supplied with certificates of origin upon request.

Silicone and rubber moulded and co-moulded (MMIM) parts

Our hot moulding production process enables us to manufacture components using a wide range of rubber and silicone rubber compounds, available in different colours and hardness levels. We can produce everything from simple items—such as plates, rings, and gaskets—to more complex parts like bellows, vibration dampers, and custom-shaped components designed for the automotive and industrial machinery sectors.

In addition, through injection moulding and the use of specific primers, we offer co-moulding solutions (MMIM – multi-material injection moulding). This technique allows us to bond the selected compound directly onto rigid substrates made of materials like iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and carbon fibre.

Rubber and polyurea wheels and rollers

The previously mentioned compounds can also be injection moulded directly onto rollers or wheels, followed by precision grinding to obtain an optimal surface finish. These products are available in a range of hardness values, typically between 30 and 70 Shore. An additional innovative method used in the production of such components is 3D printing. In this process, a material called polyurea—closely resembling polyurethane in its properties—is deposited onto a metal or plastic core, and then machined (turned or ground) according to drawing specifications. Polyurea components are available in 70 and 95 Shore versions, and FDA-certified options for food contact applications are also available.
